The founder of our firm, Jay Chafetz, has over thirty year's experience recovering damages for people just like you.  Not only does he have a reputation for achieving excellent results, he is active in the affairs of the local legal community, serving on the Boards of Directors of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Litigation Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, being a member of the Alameda-Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California, having served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at John F. Kennedy University School of Law, and having authored a number of articles for local and statewide legal publications.
