If you have fallen because of a dangerous condition of property, it is important to take photographs before the condition changes or is repaired.

If the property is owned by a public entity (for instance a city, county or state), in most cases you have only 6 months from the date of your injury to file a claim with the governmental entity.  Prompt action is required.  You should contact us as soon as possible.
